Here's how it all works.

1. Explore Offerings

More companies have launched on StartEngine than any other platform, and more companies mean more investment opportunities. On our explore page, you can review over 100 different companies raising capital right now.

 

You can use the filter at the top of the explore page to look at companies in specific industries and review the companies we’ve funded in the past. You can also use the search bar at the top of our website if you already know what you’re looking for.

2. Dive Deeper into a Campaign

On campaign pages, we organize all of the information you need into one simple layout

Watch the campaign video and get an overview of the company, along with the terms of the offering.

3. Make a StartEngine Account

With a StartEngine account, you can comment on campaign pages and communicate directly with the founders of the companies on our platform. Want to ask about market strategy or the history of the company? Leave a comment, and the founder will reply to you directly.

Follow Campaigns for Updates

If you’re not ready to make an investment yet, you can click the “Heart” icon at the top of the campaign page to follow the company. Then you’ll get an email every time the company posts an update about their campaign progress or new business developments.

Invest in Private Companies & Diversify Your Portfolio

When you’re ready, click that green “Invest” button. You can invest via credit card, ACH, or wire. Once you sign your subscription agreement and submit your investment, your funds will be held in escrow until the company disburses (closes on) your funds. Then you’re a startup investor!
